Appeals
With effect from 1 January 2023, Wing Parking is not currently supplying any active on-site parking enforcement service. From then, our old clients have new parking management contractors and if after 1 January 2023 you have received a Parking Charge Notice, or a Penalty Charge Notice, on a site that we managed prior to then, then it is not a Notice issued by us and we cannot assist you with any enquiry or appeal relating to either the Notice, or the overall parking controls in operation after 1 January 2023. You will need to contact the new contractor for that information as we do not hold it. Further contact information for our past clients and their new contractors can be found here:
If you have a Parking Charge Notice dated on or before 31 December 2022, the following will apply:
Please note: If your parking ticket reference number begins with two letters, such as IZ or ZN, then IT HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED BY US. All parking charge notices issued by Wing Parking begin 0001. If the reference number begins with two letters, such as IZ or ZN, then it is a Penalty Charge Notice issued by a local authority and you must contact them directly to resolve the matter, we cannot assist you with that matter and we do not return or respond to any correspondence relating to those.
Please ensure that you have read the further information on the appeals process on the link below, and that you have viewed the online images of the incident you are considering appealing against prior to submitting an appeal, as that may provide you with information as to whether or not your appeal is likely to be sucessful or not.

We prefer that appeals are made online through our online appeals facility.

Any online appeal will be replied to by email. If you do not receive a reply within the stated timescale, please ensure that you check your spam or junk email folders. If you do not have a reply after 28 days (14 days for Islington cases), you MUST contact us, you CANNOT assume the matter is still pending or that the parking charge notice has been cancelled. If we have an email delivery receipt, our reply will be considered to have delivered to you, even if you have not read it.
If you do not wish to appeal online, you may also appeal in writing by post. Where possible, all appeals made in writing should be submitted on a standard Appeal Form. This will simplify the process and ensure that all the necessary information required is included however this is not compulsory and any appeal submitted in writing by post will be processed. If you send your appeal by post, we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting.
We no longer accept appeals by email. Only appeals submitted online or by post are considered.
