With effect from 1 January 2023, Wing Parking is not currently supplying any active on-site parking enforcement service. From then, our old clients have new parking management contractors and if after 1 January 2023 you have received a Parking Charge Notice, or a Penalty Charge Notice, on a site that we managed prior to then, then it is not a Notice issued by us and we cannot assist you with any enquiry relating to either the Notice, or the overall parking controls in operation after 1 January 2023. Any parking charge notice issued up to the closure of the service will remain valid and the charges remain due. The appeal process remains active for anyone who wishes to appeal against a notice, and any notices that become overdue will continue to be pursued for payment in the usual manner. The charges due on any parking charge notice issued up to 31 December 2022 have not been cancelled simply because our estate parking enforcement patrol service is no longer operating.
