If your parking ticket reference number begins with two letters, or the numbers 946, then IT HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED BY US. All parking charge notices issued by Wing Parking begin with the numbers 0001. If the reference number begins with two letters, or the numbers 946, then it has been issued by another party. You must contact them directly to resolve the matter and making a payment to us will not settle your account with them.
