Appeal Replies
Wing Parking reply to all appeals and we aim to respond within the following timescales:
Islington cases - 14 days from date of receipt of appeal
All other cases - 28 days from date of receipt of appeal
Any online appeal is replied to by email and we obtain an email delivery receipt from your email system when we send you our reply. This receipt from your email system confirms that our reply has been delivered to your email system.
We cannot be responsible for how your email system handles our replies and so, if you do not receive a reply within the timescales stated above, please ensure that you check your spam or junk email folders.
If you have not received a reply after the stated timescale, you MUST contact us within 7 days of the expected reply date. You CANNOT simply assume that the matter is still pending or that the parking charge notice has been cancelled. If we have sent you our reply, and we have an email delivery receipt to confirm it, our reply will be considered to have delivered to you, even if you have not read it, and therefore, if the appeal has been rejected and it remains outstanding, it will be passed for further debt recovery action which would increase the cost to you by around £70 on top of the parking charge notice charge of £100.
We will not recall cases from debt recovery if we have an email delivery receipt to confirm our reply was received by your email system and so if you believe you are still waiting on a reply after the stated timescale has passed, the onus is on you to contact us to raise a query about the matter as we do not send out any further reminders.
