Appeals Forms
When submitting an Appeal Form, we ask that you include the following information:
- the registration number of the vehicle
- the Parking Notice reference number
- the name and address of the person submitting the appeal
- the name and address of the driver of the vehicle (if different)
- the reason for the appeal
The appeal must clearly state the reasons why you feel that the Notice should be cancelled and any supporting documentation must be submitted at the same time.
Appeals can only be submitted by the registered keeper of the vehicle, or the vehicle driver. If you are a third party submitting an apepal on behalf of the owner or driver,, for data protection purposes, you must include a signed letter of authorisation from them confirming their name, address, whether they are the owner or driver, and authorisation for us to deal with yourself as a third party on their behalf. If such authorisation is not provided, the appeal will not be considered and the period allowed for submitting an appeal may pass.
For convenience, a standard Appeal Form is available, completion of which ensures that all the necessary information is supplied. The Appeal Form can be downloaded below or it can be completed online.
Completed forms can then be posted or emailed to us.

We cannot provide technical support for that program but you must ensure you have a completed version of the form saved before you email it to us).
